How do I make an offer?

Do I need a realtor to buy one of your properties?
No, you don’t need a realtor but if you would prefer to work with one, it’s completely up to you. We don’t provide a realtor but if you have one, they are able to reach out to us on your behalf.
How can I find out more information on a property?
All information that we have regarding each property is listed in the property email. Our “Property Features” section features all information regarding the property itself while the remaining sections of the email cover the area, lending options, and comparables. We will always include a link to access a Dropbox folder with all media.
Do you offer properties across Canada?
We are currently operating in Ontario, Montreal, and BC. Sign up to our email list and you will get notified when we expand to other provinces.
Can I speak with someone directly about a property?
Yes! Every property email has the name and number of a representative in your area. Feel free to call them during the hours noted in the email and they will be happy to chat and answer your questions.
